ASEZ university students are actively engaging local officials, faculty and their entire student bodies to work together and increase the safety and success of their campuses and communities. New York State Assembly Member Karines Reyes joined ASEZ volunteers during their Randall Avenue cleanup and together collected nearly 400 bags of trash! In honor of this work, Assembly Member Reyes presented a Proclamation to ASEZ at their Reduce Crime Together Forum in Lehman College.
Also, the ASEZ WAO young professionals are setting a good example through cleanups and environmental protection initiatives at their places of work.
