Heavenly Mother, the Safest Refuge

In nature, mothers are protectors. When children face danger, they instinctively call out to their mothers. Likewise, when God’s children encounter crisis, to whom should they turn?

“Announce in Judah and proclaim in Jerusalem and say: ‘Sound the trumpet throughout the land!’ Cry aloud and say: ‘Gather together! Let us flee to the fortified cities! Raise the signal to go to Zion! Flee for safety without delay! For I am bringing disaster from the north, even terrible destruction.’”
—Jeremiah 4:5–6

The Bible prophesies that a devastating disaster will come in the last days (Zech 14:16–19; Zep 1:1–2, 14–18; Mal 4:1–2). In this time, God calls His people to flee to Zion, where Heavenly Mother dwells, to receive safety and salvation.
