ASEZ WAO Webster Avenue Cleanup in Norwood, NY

Plastic use has become as natural as breathing. However, its excessive use and overproduction has taken a drastic toll on the health of the environment. So, on August 4, more than 115 volunteers hosted an ASEZ WAO Webster Avenue cleanup in Norwood, NY. NYS Assemblywoman Nathalia Fernandez, District Manager Ischia Brazo, and staff from Assemblywoman Karines Reyes’s office showed volunteers their support. The cleanup is a part of ASEZ WAO’s Reduce Plastic campaign that volunteers carry out worldwide.

South Bronx Clason Point Park Cleanup by ASEZ

ASEZ volunteers from Lehman College as well as students from Bronx Community College and Westchester Community College united to clean Clason Point Park. They collected 162 bags of trash and debris.
