ASEZ WAO Beautifies Hicksville’s Kennedy Memorial Park

Over 50 ASEZ WAO volunteers cleaned up Kennedy Memorial Park in Hicksville, NY. There were growing concerns from the residents about the cleanliness of the park. So, volunteers helped make it look more presentable and did landscaping in the area. They pulled up weeds, picked up litter, planted sunflowers and small shrubs to make the park feel more welcoming.
